• How can you offer professional websites at this price?

  We've been creating websites for over 20+ years, originally focusing on corporate clients when web development was complex and expensive. Today, our industry has changed, and we have too. By combining our years of experience with Wix's template infrastructure, and using AI as a tool, we've created a highly focused, streamlined process. This allows us to offer professional websites at a price that fits small business budgets.

• How does this all work?

  • Step 1: The Chat. we'll setup a one-hour Zoom call for a free, no-commitment consultation to talk about your goals, and answer your questions.
  • Step 2: The Plan. We'll send over a clear proposal, a Google Doc to help you organize your photos and text, and a link to our professional templates so you can pick your favorite look.
  • Step 3: Kick-off. Once you send back the signed proposal, the deposit, and your content, we're ready to get started! We're here if you have any questions along the way.
  • Step 4: Getting to Work. We'll double-check everything you sent and send you an email as soon as we start building your website.
  • Step 5: First Look. In about 5 to 10 business days, we'll send you a link to a working version of your new site.
  • Step 6: Polishing. You give us your feedback, and we'll make adjustments based on what works best for your business.
  • Step 7: Launch! Once you give us the approval your new professional website will go live.

• What's in the proposal?

  We keep things simple. Your proposal will show exactly what we're building, all our fees, and any standard Wix costs you should expect, so there are no hidden fees.

• How does the deposit work?

  This is the initial payment that reserves our time and gets your project on the calendar. It's usually 1/3 of the total package price.

• Will the website be on my Wix account?

  Definitely. While we build the site, it sits in our Wix account so we can work on it. As soon as the work is done, and the final payment is made, we transfer everything over to your own Wix account so you have full control.

• Who handles updates after we launch?

  We build your site so it's easy for you to make updates yourself. Of course, if you ever need a hand with bigger changes, we're happy to help at our standard hourly rate of $150 (we'll always give you an estimate first). We do provide discounted, custom support plans for customers who prefer a fixed budget for the year.

• What happens if the site goes down?

  Since Wix is the "home" for your website, they handle the technical side of keeping things running. If there's ever a server issue, their support team is the best place to turn.

  That said, as a Wix Partner, we have access to priority support, so we're always happy to help if we can.

• What happens if I miss a payment?

  Once your website goes live, there are no additional payments from our end since our work would have been completed.

  That said, you would have a monthly payment to Wix, since they host your website. Please refer to Wix's documentation on how they handle missed payments..

• Can I move my site away from Wix later?

  The short answer is: you own your content, but Wix owns the "engine." You can always take your text and photos with you, but the actual website can't be moved to a different company.

  Think of it like an apartment; you own the furniture, but you can't take the walls with you when you move.

  This is true for similar platforms like Squarespace or WordPress. The only way to entirely move your website is for it to be custom-built, which is a much more expensive option. If you prefer this option, let us know and we would be happy to create an estimate for you.
