Magnolia Ridge
Magnolia Ridge is a community in Magnolia, Texas which is
known for its desirable amenities and affordable variety of
homes. Magnolia is a private, friendly community that is family
orientated while still having the convenience of the cities
luxuries. The community thrives on the easy access to performing
arts, cultural museums, good jobs, higher education, hospitals,
professional sports and shopping.
When Magnolia Ridge came to EO they wanted to have a web site
design that reflects a family, community center and shows the
beauty of a variety of homes and there surrounding landscapes.
They also wanted a clean and simple virtual tour of the homes to
show what the community has to offer and the quality of their
work.
The Site After EO
EO designed a clean and simple web site for Magnolia Ridge
that used earthy browns, greens and tans to capture the essence
of this family orientated community. We added a homepage flash
component that gives the viewers a visual of the beautiful homes
and amenities that the community offers; its picturesque
landscape and master-plan community schools. We incorporated
images to show the warmth of the neighborhood and a virtual tour
page that allows you to enlarge and flip through the different
variety of homes that are offered. There is also a community
page that informs you of all the community has to offer, from
fitness trails to police and emergency contact information.
